Hi all, <br /> <br />If you have lost a group from your favorites or are no longer a member, the best way to fix it is to re-add the group. <br /> <br />If you have only the ability to report on the website, please make sure you have logged in. <br /> <br />If you are having an iPad glitch, please write to us using the support@alt12.com email address. The iOS version is not optimized for iPad, but we are working on building a version specific to iPad and your feedback will be most helpful. <br /> <br />If your timestamp is off or the message field goes blank, please write to us at support@alt12.com so that a Support staff member can help troubleshoot the problem. These are not widespread problems and may be resolved by adjusting your app's settings or your phone's storage. <br /> <br />Replies can be reversed by using the "reverse chronological order" setting in the settings box. If you would like a Support staff member to doublecheck that yours are set so that you will read newest items first in the community, please send us a note to support@alt12.com. <br /> <br />If you have any other problem not covered here, please feel free to reply to this thread or to write to support@alt12.com.
