Hi Ladies,
Several TTC specialty groups have been added to the Trying to Conceive category on the main group indexes for BabyBump and Pink Pad, including TTC and Charting and TTC 35+. In addition, we are also featuring a TTC user-created group in the Featured Group section on Pink Pad - Plus Sized and TTC.
We hope that these subsets of Trying to Conceive will offer supportive areas to make new friends and connect with those experiencing similar problems and situations.

Hi Ladies,
This group has been chosen to be featured on Pink Pad's app index. The original title of the group was so long, the amount that would have displayed would not have made sense to anyone scrolling. I have shortened the group title so that it will fit on the app index.

Hi Ladies,
This group has been renamed to make it clear that, as the Australia area on BabyBump grows, this group is the main discussion group for pregnancy related topics.
All members of BabyBump are welcome to continue posting here. In the coming weeks, many of you will see a recategorization on your group indeces that move Australia groups hosted by Alt12 Apps to their own special area.
Please keep in mind that BabyBump is first and foremost a pregnancy tracking app - and that is why this main group for the Australia has had Pregnancy added to its group name.
That the Australia region is one of the first to have multiple, Alt12 Apps hosted groups added is a real achievement for the Australia community and something that many members of the Australia group have requested since the inception of BabyBump.
Change is always hard, but this particular change is one mostly of name, not of substance.
If you are personally not currently pregnant, no one is going to ask that you leave this group. If you post about something that is not pregnancy or child-rearing related and the topic is moved, it is moved only to help fill one of the beginning groups and give conversation starters to new areas - the people who top post and have those threads moved to new areas should consider themselves to be founders of the new group. Being first and being a discussion simulator and leader are very positive things, not negative ones.
I hope that the plusses of having multiple groups - ease of finding a topic, more focused discussions, simpler navigation, better community and friendship building - will become apparent to all of our Australia members as new Australia dedicated areas are added.

Many participants in this group have cleared the Name/Due Date setting on the BabyBump app.
There is a second setting called the "Community Profile" setting that is
editable via the web. It looks like sometimes this setting does not completely
clear if the app's info is changed. The developers are aware of this fault and have a correction for it in the next version update.
This fault means that sometimes you may see pregnancy information via the website or via email and/or incorrect pregnancy information on your Community profile screen.
The field can be cleared by going to babybumpapp.com, logging in to the account,
then going to Edit Profile.
If you are having trouble clearing this field, please write to us at support@alt12.com. Our support team would be happy to manually change this setting for you.

While we wait for the results of the poll that is currently stickied in UK Pregnancy that will tell us which will be the next group added to the forum index that is UK specific, many fellow UK members wanted to make sure everyone knew that there is an existing, public UK Postpartum group.
This group was a public, user-created group that had a different name when first started. Its admin and moderation duties eventually were taken over by Alt12 Apps and it was given a new name - UK New Mums Friendship. This name was confusing to people who did not know the back story of the group (started in 2011!) By suggestion from UK members, this group has now been renamed to UK Postpartum.
The UK Postpartum is a public group that discusses all aspects of child-raising, parenting and post-birth family life. Its focus is support and friendship. It can be found via the search function. Depending on the poll vote, it may also eventually be added to the group index and be part of the UK regional display.

Just to let you all know... In the shop area of this forum under music are the lullaby CDs... Anyway I have almost all of them due to selling them in my shop that I use to own. I listened to these daily while customers came & went. We sold these CDs almost everyday people enjoyed them so much..... No I am not affiliated with them but just thought I would all let you know... This is music even the parents can fall in love with :)
