Your patience has been so appreciated while the tech team works through the technical issues that stemmed from an update on our infrastructure earlier this week.
The development team, while immensely talented, is small in comparison to one found at a large company. The devs have been hard at work repairing the errors you have escalated to us via the email support channel and on the forums. Your help has been invaluable, and the responses some of you have sent with words of encouragement and understanding have been shared and appreciated.
Numerous fixes have been put into place over the past few days, but the developers are aware that there are still issues that need to be resolved.
You can help them emmulate what you are seeing so that they can address the tech issue as quickly as possibly by providing the following information:
A description of the error or glitch
A step-by-step guide on how to recreate the error or glitch
Your device type
Your platform type (iOS or Android)
Screenshots if you provide them
The best way to escalate this information is to write to support@alt12.com from the email address associated with your account.

Hi Ladies,
Congratulations on the new name for this group and on having this group being included as one formally hosted by Alt12 Apps.
There seem to be some questions lately about how user created groups work. Please take a moment to review this information.
Members of Alt12 Apps have a choice when reporting a post for a Terms of Use violation to either escalate the material to the user-group admin and mods, to send it to the Alt12 Apps moderators, or to send to both.
Even though this is a group that is not found on our group directory and has a threshold for entry, it still is governed by the Alt12 Apps Terms of Use and Alt12 Apps Community Staff will still periodically review the content and actions performed in this group as part of our overall community review.
Posts about deleted threads or messages, infractions, blocked members, private messages, etc. will be deleted, as Alt12 Apps considers this kind of material to be part of a private dialogue between the service and the member.
If you have questions about user-created groups, community, or moderation actions that have impacted your own account, please write to us via email at community@alt12.com.
Thanks to all the volunteers who helped keep this group going after its initial creation. It could not have reached this number in members or activity level without your support.

Everyone at Alt12 appreciates that it is frustrating to have a group called "Just for Dads" where ladies continue to post. I know this is a maddening situation for you.
Regardless of how frustrated you may feel, however, it is not ok to harass, demean, or objectify a woman on these forums in a form of personal attack.
There is a private Just For Dads forum available for joining. A sticky on how to join is posted to the top of this forum, and another is stickied about how to access the group quickly via your mobile device.
If you would like to volunteer to be a moderator for this forum and help keep the conversation going, invite new dads to join, and accept requests from dads who have already made the request, you can apply by writing to zella@alt12.com. In order to be considered for a volunteer moderator position, you will need to have a very good post history record that shows you understand the Terms of Service.

The BabyBump Terms of Use can be reviewed on the web at http://babybumpapp.com/tos.
You may find that you wish to use the Ignore User feature to make your experience a more pleasant one. More information about the Ignore User feature can be found in the Announcements forum.
If you find a post that goes against the Terms of Use, the best course of action is to make use of the Report Abuse button. Doing so will send the post the the moderation queue for moderator review. Your patience is appreciated, as it can take some time for that point in the queue to be reached. Discussing the user in an additional thread and or harassing the user via text is not acceptable behavior according to the ToU. Posts with these kinds of behaviors will be removed.
If you find that you do not wish to view the many polls that are posted to these forums, you have the option to use the filters and re-sort according to type of content. So if you do not care for the polls, you have the option to toggle back and forth between the Only Posts and Only Photos feeds and skip the Polls entirely.

We are continue to work through our technical issues. The update that was put in place was to help strengthen the infrastructure that would allow the developers to bring more features to both our iOS and Android versions.
If you have a friend who has missed this thread, point her in this direction by saying to toggle R&R to Posts view instead of All view and look for the sticky. That should help her get through the poll forest.
Thank you for your patience while we work through this situation. It has been a frustrating experience for everyone, and we hope to have the problems resolved soon.

My daughter is only 4 months and damn she was always so fussy when she ate or was just playing. Even when she tried falling asleep she would wake herself up and start crying her ass off! We tried everything to help her sleep but nothing worked. We finally came across this sleep training DVD called "The Sleepeasy Solution" and trust me this works magic! The first night was bad but the second night we laid her down in her crib and BAM!! She was out with no fussiness, no crying, no nothing just pure sleep. We're on our third day and she don't fight it she just falls right asleep. If your struggling and need something and your desperate trust me get this DVD and follow the steps it'll work!
