When you had your c-sections did your husband get to cut the umbilical cord? I've had two by c-section before, and my husband didn't get to with either. I was hoping there was a chance he might get to this time since this is most likely our last baby.

Lily Joy Gracie Ward - born on Sunday 11th September 2011 after 23 hours and 15 minutes of labor :-) she weighed exactly 7lbs and is pure perfection :-) xXx

Have any of you tried Deli meats with your bubs? Like hams, sliced turkey, sliced roast beef?
I seem to remember our child health nurse saying that (?in the first year?) you shouldn't give bub any food you couldn't have during pregnancy (ie high listeria risk) but I have tried roast beef and turkey (from the deli) and Samira loved them!
I am also wondering about the salt and preservative content of these meats for her and whether I should be avoiding them coz of that as well.
Any opinions?
I seem to remember our child health nurse saying that (?in the first year?) you shouldn't give bub any food you couldn't have during pregnancy (ie high listeria risk) but I have tried roast beef and turkey (from the deli) and Samira loved them!

My Olivia Isabel is here!!!! Exactly on her due date! After 8 hours of labor, my love is here! I was supposed to be induced Tuesday but she decided to come on her own 9/2/11 at 2:57pm! I never thought I could love a tiny person so much!

My lil man. I wrote on here months back about how he nearly died at 36 hours old. He was born 18/11/10. I thought I would show u a pic. He is visually impaired because of being hypoglycaemic and getting brain damage. He has caught up brilliantly except with his movement which was expected but he will get there. He also has epilepsy and a very rare metabolic condition

Had internal scan today and I'm PREGNANT still!!! Baby in there alive and kicking!!!
Bleeding from a diff part of womb.
I'm 11 weeks according to measurements not 7 as I thought!!
