My mom came all the way from the US to Sweden to help me and my husband during the birth. When the baby didn't come in the timeframe of her ticket, she extended it another week. Now I'm 40+8 and she leaves tomorrow. I've been crying like a baby. Can't believe she will miss the birth. And can't believe our baby isn't here yet. Uggggg
Oh Hun that's awful, I really feel for u.. My mum is coming all the way from the uk to Australia and gets in on Wed nite and am getting induced in 3 hrs so she will miss the birth of our baby but she will be here after it. Sorry to hear that, sending u a big hug x
I'm 40 weeks. I will be getting induced tomorrow at 7pm. So I'll get to meet my princess very soon  finally ! I'm so excited and nervous. Wish me luck ladies.
Hey I was breech up until I was 34 wks and I never even knew bub had turned to head down when I went for my 34 wk check up? I thought I would know but bub moved that much I wasn't sure. I got allot of Braxton hicks tho but my doc says that's normal as when bub is moving to head down position it irritates the uterus and causes lots of painful cramping/Braxton hicks. It did for me. U have time tho, most baby's turn. Fingers crossed for u :))
