I am 6weeks pregnant today and I just went to the bathroom and was bleeding a little bit its not like dark red and its not a lot of blood no cramping but im really scared that im losing my baby is this common in 6 week?? Is this a miscarriage?? I juust need some comfort I cant stop crying :'(

I know I'm young but I'm not here for a lecture on my age, I'm 16 my boyfriends 19..I was 7 weeks 2 days pregnant..
I was spotting some at first, with no cramps, then while I was trying to find a ride to the ER I went to the bathroom again & it was never ending bleeding.. then that's when the cramping started
..so he just called a cab & we go to the ER & the nurse askz me to pee in a cup & I didn't have to pee but I tried..& instead of pee going in the cup a sack like thing fell in the cup instead, & there it was, my baby...worst experience of my life....
