I get that some people don't like cigarettes. I get that there are health issues associated with smoking and close contact with secondhand smoke. My parents smoke (35+ years each) my husband smokes, our friends smoke. I have never smoked in my life. What I don't understand is why other people (smokers and nonsmokers alike) think they have the right to dictate what a human being can do with their own bodies. So you don't like it- big friggin deal. I hate the smell of perfumes; they make me violently ill. That doesn't mean that I'm going to ban perfume from every public place.
How about we all back out of OTHER PEOPLE'S LIVES and mind our own business.

My lo slept for just under 2 hrs after being very tired and eventually dropping off after a feed. I have been up with her since 2am feeding and trying to put her down after a burp. As soon as I put her down she's wide awake, crying and asking for more food. This is now night 4 or 5 of her being unsettled!
I'm so tired :-(

Why is everyone so obsessed with getting their LO to sleep longer at night even when really tiny? I'm talking 8-10 weeks or so
When your LO is ready they will sleep longer. Stop bloody fannying around and making extra thick formula etc to fill them up. It's bad for their bowels and digestive system.
Ffs. Be a mother and stop being so bloody selfish.
Yes, there are exceptions where child is a year old and not sleeping but that's not my issue obviously so if you feel you need to twist this to respond you might as well save your thumbs.
