My wife is 9 weeks preggo with our first child and she is completely disgusted with anything "mushy". She never really cared for it before she was preggo but now it's been taken to a whole new level. Its mainly when we watch tv and there is a loving moment, this just makes her stomach churn. She also has been nauseous so sex has been none existent but it's okay because I understand. She is just worried that she is being too distant and not showing me much affection, even though I tell her it's cool. I have been reading a lot on this app and in books so I kind of knew what to expect for the first trimester. Any advice on how I could make her understand that it doesnt bother me? Any of the preggo moms feel the same way?

soooo dumb.... i totally feel like a nob talking to a baby bump'd belly.... but i love it.... i think (sure someone will correct me, probably a woman in the DADS section... ha ha ha), ears develop around 22 weeks or so.... ish.... maybe.... f, i dunno... lol.... either way... i can't wait to do it in a long line, at a busy grocery mart... ha ha ha.... shes gonna be pissed and embarassed.... Attn Europe, pissed = mad.... lol lol lol, not drunk....

I sit in my living room after spending all day outside with my pregnant gf (who posts in this forum dec 11) and watch her make me a lime margarita.she is amazzzing ,strong , beautiful and all that is woman...oh and still super hot

My poor DH has been through the wringer with me. He has two kids with his ex and she just decided after 14 years to move out of state with them, making his half-time custody into summers and every other Christmas.
On top of that, in the past two years of our marriage, we lost a baby boy to stillbirth right before his due date (bags packed, crib setup, daddy excited, all prepared) then we had a miscarriage 5 months later, and then right after that had a baby girl die in our arms after being born too soon at almost 6 months.
We are pregnant again (10 weeks) and he said he can't think about it unless and until he has a living baby in his arms. I fully understand because there are no guarantees and we could lose this one too.
I know he's hurting but he can't talk about it...what, if anything, can I do? He has essentially lost 5 kids in two years. I know he is heartbroken...any suggestions?
