I'm having a c section tomorrow morning for our first baby. To say I'm s*** ting myself is an understatement.
My husband is super excited and is jumping off the walls. Lol
I'll be 38+3 bubs is breech and on the smaller side, doc thinks about 6.5lbs and I have GD.
Wish me luck :-)

I am 29 weeks along and was diagnosed with Gestation Diabetes after I scored so much higher in the one hour test that it exceeded the limit for the 3 hour. They set me up with a one on one session to learn about my new diet and gave me a meter I have to test 4 times daily. I am also seeing an endocrinologist biweekly and keeping a logbook. My levels have so far been good and I recall them saying they will have to induce me. What I don't get is why they are inducing me if the diet is helping and when is the usual induction take place. I also know two other ladies who have had GD and they didn't have to do as much or be induced, is my case just more seriou?

I'm 37 weeks and it seems like since I was 36 weeks the heart burn has majorly increased! I live on tums...
I have had heart burn with my other kids but, not late in the pregnancy. Is anyone experiencing this?

Just wondering if you ladies are still shaving and or waxing? I'm finding it more difficult (I'm due April 7th) but I would be embarrassed not to be shaven at delivery time.

I'm 36 weeks and Dr told me baby is breech ( head up.) Around this time, it should already be head down. They're planning on doing another ultrasound next week to check if baby is in the right position. If not, either manual manipulation vs c- section. Anybody having the same problem? How safe is manually turning the baby? I'm kinda scared.

My husband is mad at me because I told my step mom and best friend they could come in the room when I'm having the baby. I think it is my decision but he thinks I should have asked him first. What do y'all think? Am I in the wrong (I hope not lol). I just thought since my mom and his mom were already going to be in the room that it was not a private event! Now if my hubby said he wanted it to be just me and him that would be different but what is a few extra people so they don't get their feelings hurt? What do you ladies think? Should I apologize?

Bub is firmly breech with its head under my ribs. I'm 36weeks. Bub has been breech since 28. Doc said he can try an EVC or stick with a c sec at 39weeks. The EVC has a success rate of around 55% but it's less for ftm.
Any advice? Doc tried doing a mini EVC in his rooms yesterday and it hurt. I also have Gestational diabetes which is diet controlled. Bub is on track to be around 8lbs at birth 8.5lbs at full term.
Any suggestions or advice is
