I just returned to work and have a couple of questions for you pumping/working moms.
1. How old is your LO?
2. How often do you pump during your workday?
3. How much do you pump per session?
4. For how long do you pump?
When you first returned to work - how was the transition to the bottle? Did you produce enough milk to get LO through the day?
Yesterday was day one for me and I pumped roughly 9 oz in 3 sessions total. LO drank approx the same amount while I was gone. It seemed that she nursed more than usual in the afternoon and at night. I'm wondering if she was making up for missed meals or just our time together.
Also - did going to work get easier for you after a while or is it still as rough? It seems as if a part of me is missing. :(
