How do they judge how much to pay you? I earn less than $16000 per year and payment starts next week at $190 before tax so I wanna know isn't it supposed to be more closer to $500 per week after tax and I also don't claim any other payments etc. or does it go on hubby's wage? He's on $55k. So frustrated. The online estimator said I was $3900 better off than baby bonus but calculating it now it's less than $4000. I'm so confused as to why? Anyone who can help please do as me n hubby are arguing that I might as well go back to work straight away but bubs is only 3 weeks today and I'm still recovering from a c sec.

Before I had bubba I was sooo adamant that I was going to ebf for minimum 6 months. And now she's 7 weeks old and I secretly hate it :(. It's been one thing bad thing after the other and it feels like I'll never get to a point where is pain free and enjoyable. ATM we both have thrush (my nipples and her mouth) and it hurts so bad to feed, I dread it. And it's hurting her too. My nipples are raw and hurt even thinking about them. Sorry I just need to vent cos my partner just doesn't get it. I'm going to keep sticking out though hoping it will eventually get better.

So I was looking in the mirror and had a thought- "man I wish I was pregnant again, so I didn't have to deal with acne"
So I thought I'd put it out there to you girls. What happened to you during pregnancy that you loved so much that you would almost consider being preggers again just so it would come back???
I'll start
- my face cleared up during pregnancy and I had the best skin I've had since before puberty. 6 months pp and my acne is coming back :(
- I could take over the bed and my husband would let me, without complaining! Now I get shoved over, or even worse, he takes over the bed!
Oh how I miss those days!

My lo is not gaining enough wt and dr wants me to supplement formula with breast feeding. Im wondering if I should just formula feed exclusively. Idk what to do and feeling guilty

my dd is 3 weeks old and she was going through a growth spurt during the last 3 days and all she wanted to do was nurse..

Anyone taking baby out before 6 weeks? Like big crowds like church, gatherings? I'm waiting but wanted to see if it was just me? I go to walmart on quick trips nothing long, and no one touches baby!!!!!

I had my beautiful baby girl Amity on the 1st of may via emergency Caesarian but only now I'm feeling a lil sad I Didn't deliver vaginally but was told my body most likely never will due to an abnormality of the cervix.I havnt experienced 'baby blues' but perhaps these feelings are linked? It all happened so fast and I suppose it's suddenly just hit me. How do others cope with these feelings I'm really struggling.
