Hey everyone, hope you're all doing okay... And hope all the babies are sleeping lots and growing lots! <br /><br />I've not been on in about... Eh, Heidi is 8 weeks now, ... So in about 8 weeks!! Life is totally hectic but I'm hanging in there! Harry my ds was 3 last week and between them both they are keeping me busy... More than busy,but I'm loving it! <br /><br />Since Heidi was born 8 weeks ago, we've had a steady stream of visitors. My Hubby is german & I'm Irish so we had lots of family coming to meet Heidi! <br /><br />It was also our towns 'Common Riding'.. A huge annual celebration, where hundreds of men women & children ride their horses around the towns Borders to check the perimeter is intact. It's also a whole week of celebrations including a fancy dress competition & parade! Having won the fancy-dress 1st place the last two years, I've been busy making Paper Mâché with a 4 week old Heidi for our costume... Seriously, we were up till all hours doing it and painting it! But worth it as we came 1st and had our pic in the paper! We were 'Babe, pig in the royal & ancient burgh of lauder' Heidi was babe the pig, and I was the royal & ancient burgh of Lauder (our town)!! <br /><br />We also have been busy baking as I've developed some weird baking addiction since having her! Averaging 20 cupcakes/day! And we made a very spectacular tractor cake for Harrys birthday! <br /><br />My best pal had her baby, a little girl- a friend for Heidi, so a week or so passed me by where I was cooking them casseroles and helping them out, however I could- it's their first so their time is better spent getting into the groove of things! <br /><br />So I'm so sorry to have neglected all my lovely bb friends, but life as mother of two has Been absolute chaos! <br /><br />How is everyone getting on? Heidi is a wee dream... I still can't believe she's a she!! I can't wait to hear from you all again... Weaselchild, thanks for the message to me to get me back online with bb! X

I was the opposite- my growth scan measured that baby was below average size and weight but they told 'me not to worry- estimated baby to be about 7lb by my due date. Heidi was born 40+2 and was 8lb 10oz! My little whopper!

Yay Smudge! I was 2cm at 12.30, and had Heidi in my arms at 07.30, so hopefully you'll be as quick and be holding your baby soon! <br /><br />I'll go ahead and set up a facebook group ladies!

I was thinking it might be an idea to set up a facebook group for our June 2011 gang of mammies... That way we can stay in touch and share photos etc a bit easier than jumping between ig and bb. What do you all think?
