I got out the hospital on July 10th 2012... When can I wear a girdle and do some exercise??
I'm not much of a walker and just want to get in the gym!

hey ladies
im posting here because i also had an emergency c section because of hypertension and just wanted to know ( from the ladies thats been through this) does it goes back to normal after pregnancy?....i had my beautiful baby girl :) Wednesday at 37 weeks by emergency c section because major swelling and the spike bp...before pregnancy my bp was always normal....this started during my 8 months...i know i need to talk to my OBGYN about this but he won't be back in town till Wednesday...thks ladies
