I just found out I'm pregnant and want to start taking a prenatal vitamin, but there are a so many brands out there. Does anyone have a good recommendation on one they like, why?
I'm currently taking the One A Day Prenatal vitamin and it works for me. I like it because it includes the DHA vitamin that the others I looked at didn't have.
