I bought lollies which were good after throwing up because it took away the taste. They also got something in my stomach so it wasn't just horrible stomach acid (went into active labour at 3 am)

Stay home as long as you can! I also have really bad anxiety and wanted an unmedicated birth. My gp did not think it was a good idea as it could slow things down and increase risk of needing an intervention. I stayed home for as long as I was allowed and managed the contractions fine. I didn't cope as well when I got to the hospital. Also have a really good support person. My husband was fantastic and got me through it. Definitely try having a warm shower or go in a bath/birthing pool. The shower made s huge difference for me.
Just believe that you can do it! I am so proud of myself for achieving it and I have a great birth story (ended up giving birth in the shower).
All the best.

My labour was 5 hours total. Was painful but could manage until transition. Then I lost the plot and started screaming (don't really care. It hurt bad) then I felt the need to squat down and push (I was in the shower (at the hospital)) pushed twice and she was born. Didn't really hurt to push her out. I got 2nd degree tearing as she came out so fast but I never felt "the ring of fire".

All day I think about bed time! Just want to sleep. But then when I get to bed I lay awake for hours! I have to pee 2-3 times and most nights my toddler will wake because he's kicked off his blankets and I have to go fix them. I'm nearly 39 weeks tho so hopefully I'll be comfortable enough to sleep properly soon :)

It's the worst isn't it zuzu. I'm 38+3 and still vomiting daily. My dr gave me maxalon tablets. They help. I still through up but I do manage to keep some food down. A agree with pp, a drip might make you feel better, helped me anyway. Also you could try the hydralite drinks or icy poles you get from the chemist. Not long left

Me too. I put it down to a combination of bloating after a meal and that by the end of the day my muscles are tired so would make sense that they be weaker and have trouble holding the bump in. I'm 38 weeks tho so look different depending how baby is positioned.
