I have just started my reading with birthing within &hopefully soon will start some type of courses .
I don't think it's so much the pain that I'm scared of, I know it will hurt , but maybe the actual process and the fear of not being able to do it . If that makes any sense .
My mom put me in two of her labors of my younger siblings to scare me so I wouldn't end up pregnant young (she went natural) &it worked . We're not too close so I don't really have anyone to talk to about my anxiety other then my boyfriend but I mean he can't really give me much advice .
He supports me 100% on how I want to do this and when I start talking crazy as I was before I posted this he calms me down , reassures me that I can do this , that I am strong &oh boy do I love him , anyway,,
Sorry , I just needed to get this off my chest . It tends to help when I write stuff out .
They did ultrasound before NST and it showed some debris in the fluid. They don't know what it is - maybe meconium or maybe skin cells.
I'm almost 40 weeks by the way.
Please help - I'm freaking out...
