My son turned 3 in march. We started training in feb. He is in complete control of all function. Except when sleeping he wears a diaper. He was asking for diapers to poop, but did go in his potty twice. now The problem is he is refusing to poop any where. He went 7 days and was crying in pain, he needed a suppository to go. Now when he has to go he holds it. He had a suppository last night but today he pooped out only the suppository, (I must have not gotten it in where it needed to be.) I don't know what to do! Any suggestions??? Help!

No one tells you how much your body goes through after pregnancy. I had my baby 1 month ago and had to have an episiotomy which hurts after for about 2 weeks (tucks pads, dermaplast, and a squirt bottle with warm bottle will be your best friend) if you are NOT breast feeding (when your milk does come in) your boobs are going to fill like they are gonna explode (it's so painful) ibuprofen (800mg) works well for it. My milk dried up in 3days. Have Colace or a stool softener on hand, constipation hurts after having an episiotomy. Continue to drink lots of water (your body just went through a 360 turn around and needs water) stay hydrated!! SLEEP? it does NOT exist anymore. Get used to it! I thought I had a perfect baby that sleeps during the night (their sleep schedules change day to day week to week in the first month. You might still get light contractions after pregnancy (perfectly normal) I still get them at times. Mother does know best! You will learn as you go and find what works best for you and baby (don't be nervous about the small stuff, you will be surprised at how it will come naturally) lots of sneezing and hiccups are normal in the first few days-weeks. Boys will pee on the ceiling (it's possible) I have already switched 4 different formulas (it happens) baby might take one kind and then two weeks later not like it anymore. Coupons will become your best friends (if you're into couponing) read the SIDS facts and preventions (it is always good to know) when changing diapers always have an extra close by (sometimes they haven't finished yet) WIPES (you can NEVER have enough. I had a BUNCH and have already used most of them) PATIENCE (it's a MUST) remember sleep literally disappears so be patient with your baby when they wake you up crying and they don't stop for nothing.. WIC is really great if you can get on it. Your appetite might completely disappear (make yourself eat) it will give you more energy. Getting the epidural doesn't hurt (I'm terrified of needles and was scared) but it was nothing. When the episiotomy stitches start to dissolve it's gonna itch sooo bad down there and be soo uncomfortable. Walk as little as possible in the first few days and sit on a pillow or soft object and don't sit down to fast. Sweat pants and lose clothing is a good choice. After having a baby whether you have an episiotomy or not use the squirt bottle and pat dry don't wipe!! You're gonna be sore, swollen, feel bruised and it's not a fun time for a few days. Pictures!! Take pictures of EVERYTHING and EVERY little moment in baby's life you will be surprised at how fast they truly do grow.

So frustrated!!! My almost 3rd old son will hold his pee for hours, even until it hurts. Rather than pee in the potty. He's used the potty only a few times, in three weeks. He will cry and cry until we put a diaper on him to pee in. He won't poop in the potty either. today he said "put a diaper on so I can peepee quick!" oh!!! I don't know what to do!
