I'm not sure if he has it but one of his big toes looks yellow and seems to have a white spot on the edge( dr said it looks like nail trauma) anyway, they took a sample to send to the lab. I've read horrible things about this, saying its hard to treat and the only meds that work are dangerous! I don't want my baby to live with this. He's so little( 14 months) any advice??

My lo has a rash on her face and back of her head and on her neck.I think it is heat rash but not sure.Any idea of what it might be?And what will help it go away?
Hello. My 18th month old has an ear infection two weeks ago. She had a 10 day course of antibiotics. Three days after the end of the antibiotics she developed a horrible rash on her diaper area. It's so horrible. It's red and hot to the touch and very sore. I let her go without a diaper for a day with lots of aquaphor. It did not go well. I took her to the doctor they said it wasn't a yeast infection but said it came from the antibiotic. The prescribed a lotrimin type cream which is now starting to make her skin peel. I am taking her to the doctor tomorrow just wanted to see if any other mother had been through this. She is also allergic to zinc and nystatin.
My son also got a rash from the antibiotic but it wasn't as bad and they too told me to put lotrimin on it. It worked. I'm so sorry your lo is going thru this.. Poor little thing. <br />Some people put corn starch ?? Ah, wish I had a solution..;(
Okay, this is way off topic but has anyone been successful in clearing bad toenail fungus and kept it off??? how did you do it? How long did it take?? Can babies catch it?? Help!!!!!
