Why are these stupid things leaking? It's pee on the legs. And the legs are so tight on her thighs - they're not loose and just letting pee out...
I thought it was just the FuzziBuns, but no, it's been the Rumparooz and the BumGenius as well.
I used to be able to go hours between changes. Now after 2 hrs, she has sprung a leak.
Any ideas? Changing her outfit with every diaper change is getting old fast! Not to mention washing the playmat, swing, etc.
Problem is: she's still a swaddle baby and although she let's me leave her arms out when I put her to bed, she won't go back to sleep in the middle of the night unless her arms get straight-jacketed into the swaddle. I am not comfortable with her sleeping on her tummy without arms.
So last night I decided I'd swaddle and cosleep at 4am when she wanted to play, but then I thought she might roll off the bed. So I resorted to the couch so she could be between me and the back of the couch. I slept horribly because it was so uncomfortable. (I usually love sleeping on the couch because it's so comfortable, but not when you're arching your body around a baby who's almost half my height).
Any suggestions? The 4 month sleep regression that started at 3.5 months has now run into the 6 month sleep regression and I just want some sleep.
My main concern is that my LO's bowel movement is usually every other day, not everyday. He's never had frequent bowel movements, and I long told his doctor and he said there is nothing wrong with it. I need to know which formula encourages more bowel movements so my LO can go at least once a day. If I can't find anything I will most likely give him Enfamil Infant I think.
Diaper: Rumparooz with velcro
They fit snugly around her thighs, but seem to have a little gap at the waist in the front.
Result: pee diaper contained
Pee soaked the insert, seemed dry-er around baby's body. Definitely wicked away.
Poo diapers are sort of a pain to clean due to the inner gussets.
