YOUR BAG:
 Your birth plan
 Pajamas / Night gown
 Slippers
 Socks
 Big (granny style) underwear that you can throw out later
 Lip balm
 Maxi-pads
 Toiletries (toothpaste, toothbrush, shower gel, deodorant, hair brush, hair ties, make-up, lotion etc)
 Breast pads
 Camera with charger
 Cell phone with charger
 Nursing bras if you're nursing
 Fresh clothes to go home in (dresses work great!)
 Hand sanitizer
 Your own pillow (I bought a cheap one since the hospital ones are so old and uncomfortable)
 Big plastic bags for dirty clothes
 Loose change for vending machines
 Something for entertainment (iPod, magazines, cards, etc)
 A card for your Dr. / midwife
 Tens machine (UK only I believe)
PARTNER'S BAG:
 Fresh clothes, socks, etc
 Toiletries
 Snacks
 Entertainment
 Swim trunks (if you're hospital has a shower or tub, it's nice to have your OH near)
FOR BABY:
 Formula (if bottle feeding)
 Carseat
 Blanket
 2-3 onesies
 Hat
 Wipes
 Diapers
 Socks / booties
 Coming home outfit
 Soothers / pacifiers
 Sweater / jacket depending
on weather when you deliver
 If you have a baby book for your LO, bring it so you can get their prints in it
 Usually the hospital supplies diapers, wipes, formula if you're bottle feeding, pads for yourself, and something for your LO to wear, but it's always nice to be prepared. You don't need to bring your breastpump.
SUGGESTIONS FOR LABOR:
 Birthing ball
 Hand held fan
 Small spray bottle to cool off
 Massage oil / lotion
 iPod dock
Good luck with the delivery of your LO's, everyone! 
Thanks x
My baby boy will have a background of Hmong, Filipino, Chinese, Chamorro, German, Jewish... Too much from baby daddy's side.
