If your child didn't get on with the cat and was "acting out" towards the cat, would you get rid of the child? No! And u have stated that you "want to get rid" of the cat in your post several times, even dump it. How cruel! I read through all your post and didn't see that u mentioned about taking the cat to the vets to get it looked into "health wise" to ensure there is no underlying problems.

I'm not being a b**** , just u need to realise that the cat needs u ,an not to be just dumped some place as you've had enough of it.

Why don't u take him to the vets to get checked over, some cats can lash out or go the complete opposite way an withdraw into themselves If there is an underlying problem/illness. Maybe pick up some advice of them then (with your oh) rather than just dumping it off somewhere else.
An as for them causing miscarriage, that's from toxomaplasmis which is in there poo an u can catch whilst changing cat litter. If you have a litter box get oh to change it.
