All ladies need to know a medication called cytotec (sp) used to induce labor is very dangerous! Its mainly in america but the drs know its very dangerous to use but they are using this because its cheaper than pitocin and on the medications label it says "DO NOT USE WHILE PREGNANT" just a few effects it has are death to mother and infant, birth defects, uterine rupture and the list goes on and on but these are not just slim risks, horrible effects are reported with every use in induction which is why its strongly suggested on the label not to be used at any point in pregnancy. I honestly dont know what other uses it has but do not let and dr give this to you and i strongly urge everyone to google this medication and become more aware of the unnessecary problems it causes. I will continue to bump this post and hope others will bump it too so less women will have to go through these horrible things because of a drs ignorance!

Morning ladies
I'm 15 weeks pregnant and we have just had our visa's approved for a move to Canada from the UK... Something we have been trying for 18 months ... We are so happy.
I just wondered if you need private health care over there and how does it all work.
Here in the UK it's free ( well you pay through taxes )
I just want to be prepared. I have a 15 month old daughter so this is my second baby'.
Any advice would be wonderful x
