Does anyone have any suggestions on how to take down the swelling and pain after an episiotomy? I gave birth Sunday morning and 3 days later can barely walk or sit. Have tried Voltaroll, salt shallow baths and still ouch!!

I'm just curious if anyone feels a little down after having their baby?
My daughter is a week old today and I just feel a little overwhelmed. My husband has taken the week off to help but will be going back to work on monday and I am getting a little worried about being alone and trying to take care of her. I really hope I am capable of being a good mom and doing it on my own. She is so young that I dont want to really take her out yet because of germs but I feel a little trapped. My husband doesn't understand how I am feeling since I'm all emotional and hormonal which makes me more frustrated. It makes me feel like I'm a bad person when I get overwhelmed.
I think this forum will be harder to admit to since everyone wants to feel like a happy normal mother. I hope everyone is feeling ok and if not will feel open to talk it out!!

My kids are good kids except they don't listen. They can eat all their veges and bed at every 7:30 pm includes holidays but the thing is they don't listen , they're loud, noisy, talk back, annoying people, doesn't listen when I say stop it. They sometimes fight like hell . I'm sick of it plz I need advice.

I was just wondering how hard it was to go back to your morning routine, getting back into the classroom routine and how your class responded to you after having a substitute. Thanks

Hi all î– i had my daughter 14 days ago at 28 weeks via an emergency section, I hardly bled at all and after 6 days I had no bleeding at all. Now a week after the bleeding stopped I've just suddenly started bleeding again - is this normal? î
