(whew...my auto correct changed mommies to ninnies! Glad I caught that)
Some tips I've heard:
-Get a portable crib with a built in changing table
-If you're going to breast feed buy nipple balm!
-if you delivery vaginally make sure to bring home the squirt bottle from the hospital!

Let's see what responses we get for this one...I'll go first.
You discuss the best ways to fart in the bed so she doesn't blow you both out of the sheets. Lol

Anyone else's LO hate laying flat in their back? My daughter usually sleeps on her boppy or in the swing because she can't stand to lay flat in her pack in play. Can her not laying flat on her back cause SIDS?!

My son had his today and I'll admit I know nothing about them. But what I read online was that he was only suppose to get 3 today ( dtap, hep, and polio) and he got 5 ( only 3 needles though) and we have to go tomorrow for the roto one ( they didn't have it when we were there). Any way I was wondering if you ladies could help me out with some info on the hib vaccine and the pneumo one. Sorry so long and thank you.

So my husband was laid off before Xander was born so he is the stay at home parent at this time. During the week he takes care of him and on the weekends I do. I pump and dad feeds him with a bottle (Dr. Browns.) and then when I get home I breastfeed until he wakes up again and then it starts over for the week. On the weekends I just breastfeed him he doesn’t get a bottle.
Well the problem that we are having now is he spits up a lot after being bottle fed. On the weekends he never spits up and I never have to burp him. I don’t understand why he is spitting up so much taking a bottle. And it just seems to be all of a sudden it wasn’t happening when he was younger.
He is 9 weeks. Do you think it is the bottles? Should I try something different and if so what do you recommend?

Who is doing it? How successful have u been? How many points did they give you a day? I just started today and so far so good. I really like the fact u can have any and every kind of food. I can see why ppl who do it stick with it since ur basically learning portion control and to be conscience of what u put in your mouth . They allow me 40 points. I'm bfing and today I used 35. ... How is everyone doing on it ? Like it? How much have u lost?

I have to take my two month old for shots today, I've heard that you give them tylenol 1 hour before and get Vicks baby rub to rub on them after? I feel so bad for him already!!

What was it like? I got mine a few days ago and my doctor told me it would probably be pretty heavy the first time and it's VERY light. Always blood on the tampon but I've never filled one so far. I'm starting to get pretty nervous since I've only used the "pull out" method so far... Do you think that's normal or do you think I should take a test? I've only been having sex for not even 2 1/2 weeks so I don't think it would even show up on a test if I was pregnant... PANICKING!
