I switched to cloth about 2 months ago and have been getting very discouraged with it. My dd always wets through and they are stinky so I go through an outfit with every dipe. My son always seems to leak also. They get changed every 2 hrs except for naps and night. Can't figure out what I'm doing wrong. I have invested a lot building my stash and don't want to stop using cd.

And I do hot washes...

Cold rinse no soap
Hot wash with a teaspoon of cloth friendly soap
Cold rinse
Extra cold rinse

Do you have a regular machine or a frontal one?

My dipes are much cleaner and they never smell since I change to a good old regular machine and stopped using dawn and other stuff...

The only other thing I use is oxyclean when I haven't been able to sun them in a while...

Maybe you are using too much soap! Instead of stripping I personally prefer to rinse them a coupe of time...
And when you wash them you really don't need much soap (like a teaspoon for a full load!)
How do they behave? How do you keep them entertained? Any tips would be greatly appreciated. Taylah hates being strapped into her pram or a high chair. Wants to crawl around and explore. Dining out is about to become a thing of the past because I'm too embarised to take her out with how she carries on
We also feed him before we go and bring fruits or finger food to give him there... And he always wants to taste what we are eating!
We find it easier to go for an early brunch or lunch but sometimes we go out to dinner but really early (like 5pm)
An we always chose restaurants that are kids friendly! :)
Have you felt the baby move inside yet? And when?I'm on my 13th week and I swear the last week I have been feeling the little nugget move around maybe 3 times this week. If I remember correctly from my dd. am I the only one?:)
I know it's early but just so fun to think about:) what strollers are you interested in and why? I'm looking into the new bugaboo buffalo, bee, or stokke xplory. What r ur thoughts women?
I have the city select from baby jogger
We love it! I used it with the bassinet at first and now with a regular seat! Can't wait for baby2 to be here to add the second seat! :)
