does anyone know if there is anything I can do for my 6 week old son who has prickly heat? - I know to keep him cool, I dab him with a damp face washer.. is there any cream, or something I can put on him? its fairly bad and seems to be uncomfortable for him...
I can't see his Dr for a few days.

I'm almost 41 weeks and tomorrow is my first internal check, here in Australia we don't get them until we are over due, I'm curious has anyone had there cervix checked and gone into labour fairly soon afterwards?

and I don't mean their unconscious or blue, (goshforbid) they have only just stopped within a minute or so..
Do you pick them up? try wake them lying down? CPR?
Ftm so I apologise if this sounds ridiculous, I'd personally pick him up n try wake him.. I just don't want to do anything that may cause more harm..

& up until recently I was riding the self induce train... I havent actually done a single thing to kick start labor but I was reaaaally considering it. Well I had a "omg" moment, my Fiance went fishing so I'm relaxing and it finally hits, I won't have a proper day to myself until I'm atleast 40, not that I mind. But its seriously just smacked right in the face my life is about to change, I have had the EASIEST pregnancy, my midwife always says most women would scratch my eyes out with envy lol! - fell pregnant very first try, not a single complication, no high blood pressure, almost perfect score on my diabetes test, no scary moments. Nothing! - I just wanted to voice how incrediblely greatful I am and how blessed I feel, how happy I am to have carried my healthy baby boy to fullterm. I have no fear, no anxiety, I'm not nervous, I feel so calm and at peace.. atleast for now that is, lol.

I use to think Teen pregnancy is no ones fault, bar the two teens involved, well I was sooo wrong.
My pregnant teen cousin, who is only 17 just found out she's almost 8 weeks pregnant, she has been with the babies dad for 4 months, he took her virginity, and she's only been sexually active for 10weeks, she pretty much fell pregnant on her 3rd time having sex.
My cousin has been off the rails ever since she begun dating this boy, but anyway. I blame her Mum, my aunt for her pregnancy. Purely because she is IMPOSSIBLE to talk too, my cousin had no insight on safe sex, birth control, stds, nothing! - she made it so uncomfortable for my cousin too approach her about anything, she couldn't tell her Mum if she had a crush, she wasn't allowed too walk to school because boys walked with her mutual friends, she always.. had to babysit her younger brother.. who is 12, she had no social life and always had to lie... about everything, even when her school had a sex ed class her mum didn't want her to go because " she wasn't ready"
hell my cousin had hardly no clue what a condom was until her boyfriend properly told her!!! and I know if she had questions she could of asked other members of my family, friends, but her mum made her so embarrassed... now my aunt is pushing her too get a abortion, told her that her baby is a "spec" and isn't alive, but she seen her babies heartbeat, but
she's Keeping the baby.

does your mucus plug always have to be bloody? I think I'm losing mine.. not sure, I had too pee in a bucket, no judgement please lol.. I couldn't hold on... being 39weeks.. and when I looked at my pee... it had all whitish stuff floating in it... so I had to scoop some out (not with my hand ofcourse) to see what it was... again please no judgement lol, and it was super thick and looked exactly like snot... just no blood... any suggestions?
