Ive had about thw equivalent of 1 glass my whole pregnancy due to craving but couldnt do a full glass. Im 32+3 and dont thimk i will try that method. But baby is healthy and i havent dialated at all..so i dont know if it works. Curious as well.

I normally don't drink at all, but am 40+2 and dialation is 3, contractions off and on 10 minutes appart for 5 days. thought maybe I need to relax a bit. the other thing midwife mentioned was benadryl but wine seems like the healthier option.
