blood filled bump around vagina

i have a small blood filled bump near my vagina.. like up at the top part not inside it.. at first i thought it was a mole... thats what it looked like.. but it got more raised and darker so i squeezed it a little and it started bleeding like crazy... that was weeks ago and now its back again in the same spot.. im 39 weeks now... is this pregnancy related somehow? anyone ever have this before? how do i get it to go away?

Do you wax or shave down there? Maybe it's an ingrown hair?

just dont mess with it, ive had them before and theyre ingrown hairs from shaving, just wait and the hair will surface, u can prob pick it out with a sterilized needle when u see it :)

It could also be a STD genital warts pregnancy hormones bring them out you can go years without seeing them :(. Not every pregnancy brings them out as well I was a medical assistant for a year helping teens with STD learn to cope and minimize spreading

Ask your doctor and wash your hands after touching if it is warts your doctor needs to know to reduce the risk of transfer during vaginal delivery

Talk to your doctor in can be passed to baby during a vaginal birth

Oh lord! Ask your doctor before someone has you thinking your vagina is going to fall off. It doesn't sound anything like genital warts or herpes! Sounds like a blister that probably came from friction, but check with your doctor to be sure.

yeah i looked up warts... its nothing at all like that.. responses all seem to say just a blood blister.. like from a damaged vein or something.. so nothing to really worry about.. just never had it before.. not even with my first pregnancy

I had that. It was a blood vessel.., and now with this pregnancy I have a couple. Mine also bled like crazy when I popped it. My OBGYN said it was just something some girls get during pregnancy. Mine are on inside and outside of lips of vag.
