Even better, tell us if they ended up being true or false for you?
Mine's not really funny, but heart burn = hairy baby was definitely true. Killer heart burn with all pregnancies and all babies born with full head of thick hair. I know plenty of people that have had heart burn and given birth to completely bald babies though, so I don't believe there is any truth in it.
If you are reading this post, you may be wondering if you are pregnant. There is no way for this group to answer that question for you.
The only ways for you to have that question answered accurately are to take either a home pregnancy test or a test at your doctor's office, or to wait 9 months and see if you give birth.
If you have not yet taken a pregnancy test, that should be your first step before posting to this forum. Home pregnancy tests can be purchased at discount stores, grocery stores, dollar stores, pharmacies, etc. You do not usually need a prescription or parent permission to buy them. They are usually not kept locked up, so you will not need to ask a stock person for help, although this policy can differ from town to town and store to store. They can usually be found in the feminine products area of the store.
Home pregnancy tests all rely on the same chemical test to produce results. The difference in price comes from the marketing, packaging, and amount of complicated technology to display the results. A low-cost test will produce the same accurate result of a high-cost test.
If you are posting to this forum with pregnancy symptom questions because of fantasy or wishful thinking, please be aware that you are trivializing the women who are members of this forum who are currently pregnant and going through a very serious stage of their lives.
If you would like to know more about your pregnancy, you might like our sister app, BabyBump. BabyBump is available in both free and pro versions and has forums for specific stages of pregnancy, as well as special interest groups.
Once again - no one can tell over a forum community if you are pregnant or not. If you have this question, please take real world steps to find out the answer before joining this group.
Thank you for reading this very long message :)
Best wishes,

Some long-time members of this forum have asked if they can flag "Am I Pregnant" posts. The answer is no, as posting this question is within the Terms of Use.
It may see silly to you that someone is asking this question on a forum, but that doesn't mean that the question is out-of-line or unacceptable. I am sure we have all had moments in our past where we didn't know what was happening or going to happen, and talking or thinking over the possibilities was the first step we took before learning what path the future was going to take.
If you see a post you don't like but does not break one of the clauses of the Terms of Use, you can choose to either helpfully answer the question, ignore the post, or make use of the Ignore User feature. More information about "Ignore User" feature can be found in the Announcements forum.
Thank you for doing your part to make this forum a great place to be.
