No pants on child in public!!

At the mall with my children eating in the food court and I notice a 3 year old little girl in just a t-shirt and underwear, that is it! I was shocked! Give your child some privacy, and there are alot of perverts out there.... If you can afford for your family to eat at the food court, you can pay 3.50 for some garanimals shorts at wal-mart!

it would be a different story if she was a baby in pampers and it hot but I'm sure this little girl is Portugal trained & with perverts out there I find that completely unacceptable!

She obviously had a potty accident and her parents didn't want to rush home yet. Don't be so critical.. Let me guess you have no kids, yet?

a 3 year old is not a baby, and yes pp I have 2 children.... if my child had an accident we go home, I dont just let them walk around in a little t shirt and their underwear! and they brought just clean underwear and no pants? I am with pp, if its a toddler in a diaper doesn't bother me.... but a preschool in underwear, no way in hell!

I agree with you OP. my son is in swimming lessons and there is one lady in the viewing area all week that immediately strips her kid down to a pull up. Then ignores the kid while shes there and the kid is naked within 5 mins and stays that way till the mom actually notices her. Yes, she's a child and will do things like that, but I personally feel kids should be clothed in public. I don't want to step in a puddle of pee, or sit on a chair that has poo on it. Just my opinion tho. I would never let my 5 year old or my soon 2nd baby run around naked.

I'm with the OP. Children and adults alike should always wear a full outfit in public. Even if the kid had an accident, you're in a mall! Go to a store that sells baby clothes and buy a cheap pair of pants for the kid. Just makes sense to me. I was at Pizza Hut last week and there was a 3-year-old running around with no pants. I'm not offended, it is just a kid, but come on! Put some pants on your kid! Maybe I am being harsh, oh well.

I don't think many parents would just show up at a mall without pants on their child!

So op is jumping to conclusions without having all the facts.

But no parents should be just taking their children in public in panties.

I agree with OP! I like to see toddlers fully clothed.

I'm with you ! Too many perverts for them not to be fully clothed. What I hate is when people put pictures of their kids 3 to 6 on Facebook in just panties or in the tub!

I agree with you op. While the circumstances are unknown, you just never know about the pervs looking these days. Im worried about some nasty getting their kicks off the 3 year old and not about whether that is proper attire or not ( we all know its not)

exactly! and I just dont see how someone would bring just clean panties and not also pants in case of accidents..... but either way Id never have my child walking around in the mall in just underwear!

That's nothing I saw a little boy 2 or 3yrs old riding in one of those red and yellow trucks, well the mom took the little boy out and he was butt ass naked! His junk all out in the open I was like wtf!? I was working at the time and they were outside of my job. Now THAT is unacceptable imo.

Well in a perfect world kids have no accidents and we all remember to bring extra britches for our kids. Things happen.
Maybe they were eating, the kid spilled something or pottied, mom went to change her only to realize she forgot the pants. They finished eating because maybe the mom was more concerned with feeding a hungry 3 year old than wondering who is offended by her child having no pants. Then went and bought some.
