Even just a little bit of exercise helps me sleep really well. Perhaps try 30 mins on a treadmill or doing yoga or walking. Hope you sleep better tonight!
I find it helps to have a snack and drink water before bed (so not hungry or thirsty) and then get comfy and then my dh holds me and plays a quiet sleepy song on ipod to help me relax. It has worked the past 2 nights for me!

I did benedryl before, lately I take Tylenol PM because my hips hurt terribly at night. It has made all the difference!! If you don't have one already, make sure you get some sort of wedge or body pillow for support.
