I posted this is second trimester group but am just hoping someone is in my boat..
is anyone else getting these crazy episodes of hypoglycemia? I mean its better than HYPERglycemia as low blood sugar only affects me and not peanut.. but man it makes me feel awful, like panic attack-ish. My symptoms start at a glucose level of about 75 and I dip into the 60s fast. It only happens if I don't eat for 3 hours but I can't always eat.every 3 hours. Anyone else have any experience similar to mine?
hypoglycemia?

I just always have.something to eat every two hours. Or else I feel like poop.
I defiantly have the same issues. I get very light headed, shaky, and some times dizzy feeling. I also feel like my body is empty, and I'm running on no fuel. This always seems to happen around dinner time.
Me! Me! I always mean to talk to my doctor about it but I always forget. I find if I dont eat something every few hours I literally break out in a bad sweat, get shaky, light headed and can literally pass out. But i also noticed unless i eat something with protein- it
Doesnt help

Hypoglycemia is very common in pregnant women. Dont worry, you are not rare. We need to keep snacks nearby at all times to avoid this. If it gets severe enough, hyperglycemia can cause disorientation, seizures and/or loss of consciousness...which absolutely CAN harm baby! Take care. Healthy pregnancy wishes to you. :)
I had this issue major my previous pregnancies. Always keep a quick sugar on you and pay attention to your body and act early on. It can start with the sweating, heart palp, dizziness, and move quickly to ringing ears, tunnel vision and loss of consciousness. Eat protein at every meal and snack to help keep your sugar stabilized. Eat fruits to help keep your body up with natural sugars also.

I have had this in every pregnancy. The worst thing I ever did was grab a chocolate milk while shopping. I felt it coming on rapidly and it feels awful. But that day I just opened a chocolate milk as chugged it bc I felt like I was going to pass out. I think I overloaded with too much sugar bc i felt awful the rest of the day. I swear I thought I was going to die! Now I don't leave the house without a cut up apple and a bag of pretzels or crackers. It doesn't always work but it has been better this time.

I HAVE to eat every few hours, find protein bar you like and stash it everywhere you can like glovebox, purse etc. Also liquid or pills of chlorophyll helps a lot as hypoG is liver/pancreas related. Otherwise you just have to have food handy. If yous sugar gets too low it can harm baby :/
Avoid sugar and carbs too unless they are complex, the more even you stay the better for baby, LOTS of protein (eggs are best) and veggies and low glycemic fruits.
I have had hypoG my whole life, it sucks but you get used to handling it
