Happily married, 5th baby on the way :)
I'm in London (Kingston). I had a baby 5 months ago and was tested at 28 weeks and tests were negative.
I'm not covered by the NHS here as i haven't been here for a year. I'm doing all my scans privately and was wondering if they routinely check for GD. I haven't seen any places that offer the test. I've done my NT scan privately and will do my 20 week scan as well..
I'm not being followed by a midwife but I am entitled to see a GP..

It's maybe different in England but I would ask next time you go for a scan or checkup. I'm sure you will be fine though :) That sucks about paying for private...maybe when you have another it'll be NHS time ;) Everyone moans about the NHS here but it makes me so grateful we have a free medical service, it freaks me out hearing some of the US mummies saying they can't go get checked until their insurance comes through! x
I know what you mean! I think I'll just head back to Canada for the rest of my exams and have our baby there!
As for having another, think I'll give my body a break for a while! I've been pregnant for two years now!! X
