I was thinking since we're gonna be close friends for the next couple of months why don't we introduce ourselves so we can know a bit about eachother. I'll start... :)) I'm Kathy 27 yrs old. I have a 10 yr old son, from FLORIDA & i work as an Insurance Specialist/Authorizations Coordinator for a Radiation Oncologist. I was ttc for 12 months before I finally got my BFP!! I'm about 7 weeks along but haven't gone to my first appt yet. I'm anxious lol. What's your story??? Any questions id be happy to answer!

My name is Janie. I am 35, have a 10 yo son. This is my third pregnancy. Mc in June 2011. I'm a sahm and this will be my last pregnancy. Just too nerve wracking for me. :)

im Lauren. 29 yoa married with a 10 year old stepson. hub and I are both police officers...we were talking about thinking about ttc later in 2012 and then suprise! we could not be happier! I'm 9 wk 6 days...dying to see my baby again. can't wait until next ultrasound!

Thanks and yes! It feels like I'm a newbie lol I sometimes think to myself, wth are you doing!?!? Then I look at my son and he is the best kid I know and then I remember :)

Aww congrats... It was perfect timing since u guys had planned it for 2012. That's awesome, So many of us with 10 yr olds. I thought I was the only one who waited so long to have another. Everyone I know has 2+ kids.

I'm 30 and this is my third pregnancy. A pretty big surprise as I had a Mirena iud and we saw at my first ultrasound that it was twins.

My first pregnancy was a singleton boy who is now 4.33. The second was a set of boy/girl twins. Sadly, our daughter died for unclear reasons, most likely a cord accident, just past 24 weeks. This caused me to go into preterm labor and I was on hospital bed rest and tocolytics for the next almost six weeks until they were born at 29&6. My son spent 53 days in the nicu, but is doing fantastically and just turned one two days before Christmas.

Yes, if this pregnancy does result in both of them living and breathing, we will have had four children in 18 months with three living!

Wow chipper that's an AMAZING story. So sorry about Ur daughter but I'm keeping my fingers crossed for u. Hopefully everything goes accordingly this time around. I don't see a reason not. H&H 9 months to u.

I'm 30 years old and 8 weeks pregnant with my first. I'm an attorney and my husband is in medical school and we had been tossing around the idea of when would be the right time to have children in light of our career demands. We finally decided 2013 would be ideal. Given that I'd been on birth control for a decade and it often takes several months for a woman to even start ovulating once she goes off the pill, plus it can take up to a year even once you start trying, I went off of the pill in November. Well, it turns out I'm Fertile Myrtle and he has super sperm because we conceived like the next week. Who knew? It's not exactly what we had planned since hubby is still a student (and therefore has no paycheck) but we're thrilled nonetheless.

One thing I will say is --- I now know birth control for all those years was well worth the money spent!

my name is Bre I'm 22 I have a soon to be 3year old 1-25-12....had a mc august 27,2011 this is my 3rd pregnancy 2nd successful one I will be 9weeks tomorrow I'm due August 12,2012 I am so sick with this one...my son was so easy no sickness no pain no discomfort...easy 3.5hour labor 7mins pushing. I'm so much more nervous this time I often catch myself having a mini panic attack....lol

Hi everyone. My name is Essence but everyone calls me Sunshyne because of my always happy nature. I'm 29 with a 8 year old son and a 6 year old daughter from a previous marriage. My husband is 28 (29 on the 18th of this month) and baby "CJ" will be his first. I'm about 7 weeks along (due Aug 26) and I'm very excited, but stiIl in shock about this pregnancy. My husband and I just got married in August and weren't gonna start trying until this month. I work as a case manager for a non-profit in Michigan.

im 29 y/ o and this is our first baby, planned :) i work FT as occupational therapist and my hubs is a banker. really happy and excited to start a family! can't wait to find out the sex of our lil one.

I'm 29, this is my 4th and final pregnancy. I'm due August 15th. I have a 7 year old son, 5 year old daughter, 1 year old daughter and 13 year old step daughter.
Weren't trying for a baby, we were using natural family planning and I lost 20 pounds in a month which really messed up my cycle and then SUPRISE!!!!
I'm a full time nanny for 2 kids so needless to say my house is never quiet!!! :)

Hi, I'm Jen. I live in Ca. I am a hairstylist. This is my 3rd baby. I have two girls ages 14 & 7. I have two stepsons ages 16 & 10. This will be our first together. We weren't trying to get pregnant... Surprise! I am really hoping for a boy. But would be over the moon for another girl. I'm 9w1d.

Hi I'm 34 and I'm 10 wks pregnant. I have two girls; a 4 yr old and a 2 yr old. My hubby n I are hoping for the boy using the Chinese calendar. We live in NJ. I'm a social worker at a Hospital in NYC. I've been really sick with nausea and vomiting n I had to be put on medication which is helping. I wish everyone a healthy pregnancy and it's nice to have so much support with babybump.

Hi! I'm Cassie, 34. My husband and I live in CT and this our first pregnancy. My husband's a high school English teacher and I'm a network manager for a school system. Crazy excited! I'm an only child so the pressure for this has been on from my mom for the past 15 years or so! Telling her was probably the best Xmas gift she evert got! My first us is on Monday. Can't wait to make sure everything is going ok and see the little raspberry!!

Hi, my name is Katelynn. I'm 21 and I'm from Texas. This will be my first. I'm 7 weeks along and feeling everyday of it. I wasn't expecting this to happen so soon, my March or so, so I got off the pill in October. My husband and I just got married on December 10th and once we got back from the honeymoon, I got my BFP. We're both really excited and we can't wait to start our family!
