Group Activity
Hey guys! I'm new to this group and saw that the last time people posted was about 7 weeks ago, so not sure of you guys are even around still. But, being gluten sensitive myself, I thought it would be fun to talk to other moms with the same issues.

Hi, I am just starting this process of educating myself about gluten free diets. Here is a little info, I have a 4 year old ds that complains that his stomach hurts almost after every dinner. He has a HORRIBLE attention span and I am on the brink of entering him into child therapy to determine if he has ADHD. I have heard through the grapevine that some children with attention deficit may prosper on the gluten free diet. I was wondering if any of you have any words of wisdom or a direction you can point me in for education. Thank you.

I went to a friends house for dinner and still feeling the effects. I'm so mad no matter how many times I tell them they always manage to slip something bad in.
Anyway I'm still feeling the horrible after effects. Pain, burning, diarrhea!!!
Does anyone know if it's possible to get a prolapse or lose the baby etc from bearing down and being on the toilet for hours?? Or if that's just ridiculous?

Have you guys heard of the cookbook, Cooking For Isaiah?
It's a gluten free, dairy free cookbook that a mom did for her celiac son. I've so far tried the banana bread and Crepes and both have been AMAZING!!! I love being able to make things that otherwise I'd have to pass on!!!

How is everyone doing?
Ps- Finally tried Bobs Red Mill biscuit mix, and hated it. I'll be sticking with gluten free Bisquick.

I'm still relatively new to this site, but I'm hoping to help those with celiac disease.. I'd like to form a group so we can discuss everything from product reviews, questions, experiences and everything of that sort. Becoming gluten free has literally saved and changed my life, but I know how hard it can be.. I'm asking everyone to help make this everything it could be.
