Cabbage leaves in your bra. Also icing them helps the swelling. As for weight loss and "flat" tummy I'm 4 weeks pp and I still have 7lbs to go but I'm starting to fit into my smaller jeans.

Ice the boobies! Also, I know it sounds weird but cabbage leaves work wonders too. Google cabbage and engorgement. Ibprofen for the inflammation helped me too

Buy fresh sage leafs and infuse a spoon of it in boiling water, drink 2-3 cups a day, it dryes out the milk faster. i did and it worked great

For your belly... You had major surgery, so please give yourself a break! The swelling will go down. From my experience and what I've read here... 2 weeks you should notice significant difference... But not 100%.

There's lots of trauma to the body with surgery, And the swelling is a normal part of the healing process.

Eat well, hydrate and rest... Your body needs these things to heal optimally! Good luck and Congrats on the new arrival!

For you belly, don't worry is first. At 5 days there's still swelling around the incision. At about day 7 I saw some change and now I'm 17 days pp and my stomach is flat.
