Anyone else been told their pelvis is "too narrow" and still went on to have a natural delivery??
My first was a c section, for "failure to progress". No matter what the drs did, they could not get me to go into labor. Only a cm dilated and MAYBE 10% effaced after two inductions and being 8 days past due.
So now I am 36+6, and this pregnancy has been very different, different dr different symptoms. Went to my appointment today and I am already 1cm and 50% effaced. However! My pro vbac, pro natural birth dr thinks that my pelvis is just too narrow to deliver naturally :(
So now more then ever, I want to have a natural vbac!! For all the reasons I had before, but now also just to prove her wrong!
So does anyone have any ideas, tips, stories, about how to over come this narrow pelvis of mine and have the birth I've dreamed of???

I'm a mama to 2 boys. 1st was a failed induction turned c/s, 2nd was an attempted VBAC, due to bad head position had another c/s. Currently planning my VBA2C. I'm 4 weeks today. Not telling anyone as I have a history of early m/c. I'm also a member of ICAN. I have a true passion for educating women on their choices in childbirth.
