I have a pack of those and dr. Browns. I'm exclusively breastfeeding but will
Be pumping and storing for when hubby and I want a date or if for some reason I'm not around to feed her. I've heard dr. Browns and tommee tippee are great for transitioning between breast and bottle. I got one box of both because I don't know what my baby will like and didn't want to waste a bunch of money on one brand and find out it doesn't work for her :)

I have playtex drop in and ventair but my brothers bought me the tommee tippee bottle sanitizer because it was the only electric one. It doesnt fit with my playtex bottles so gonna return them and get all tommee tippee. I've heard good things about them anyway

@ planner, that is the exact same thing I'm doing. With my first I only breastfed for the first 4 months, then I pumped to let her daddy and my mom feed her while I was working and it DID not go over well at all!! She hated the bottle, I never thought to buy a few different brands but this time I am prepared!! I will introduce the bottle much sooner so this lo will take one, hopefully without problems!!

if you read the reviews, they aren't very good at all. apparently they leak a lot.

I've heard the leaking is due to
If you don't put the seal on correctly. my friend had an issue but then figured out she was doing something wrong when putting the bottle together and hasn't had a problem since.

Also, my lactation consultant said no bottles before 4 weeks but right after 4 weeks is a great time to start introducing the bottle. that way it won't interrupt their want for breastfeeding because they've established a good latch, and they most likely won't reject a bottle because they aren't TOO established. hope this helps some of you that want to do both!

We used them with our son and loved them! We use all their toddler stuff now with him. I had a couple avent as well that leaked all the time. With tt you just have to make sure the little valve, which has a slit in it, has been "opened". You do this by gently rubbing it between you fingers. The valve goes up by the baby's nose not chin. The nipples are very soft and flexible so if the flow is too slow the baby can suck the nipple out of place. We breastfed 95% of the time and my son had no confusion taking these bottles. He also stayed with the slow flow nipple for a very long time and we could never use the variable flow cause he would get too much milk and gag. We will for sure be using them again with baby girl. They also have a great FB page and customer service. Plus I'm loving I can get them at Target now as well as Babies r us. Sorry so long lol!

I used tommee tippee with my daughter (now 3yrs), I was using avent at first and my daughter had terrible colic and gas! So changed to tomme tippee and they were great, excellent flow and Daughter seemed so much more relieved! I'm now 36 weeks with a boy and bought the tommee tippee starter kit and breast pump :) would so recommend using these bottles! :) x

I got the Munchkin Bottle warmer and drying wrack combo with brush. This warmer fits the Tommee Tippee bottles perfectly with timer and it warms baby food too much cheaper than the TT warmer.
