heart rate for my baby 144 bpm at 10 weeks ..

according to the old wives tale i thought below 150 is boy & above is girl BUT everbody is saying its high now & they think its a girl ! my hubby wants a boy so bad & the bby will be born before he deploys ; hope it's a boy so by the time he gets back he can enjoy his son ! but a daughter would be nice too :)

My lo's heartbeat was 150. That's not helpful is it!!! No clues!!! I really want a boy. Dh wants a girl.

below 150 is boy and above is girl but it isn't true but it was right with my son his was always in the 140s

My baby's heartbeat was 158 178 168

My Doppler readings have been from the mid 160s to low 170s yet everyone says it will be a boy!

I was told that heart rate doesn't make a difference until the 3rd trimester. So you still have a chance of a boy. My babies heartbeat has been really high as well, but I really think it will be a boy. I guess we will find out in a few weeks if I'm right
