Weak bladder after four kids? And bad gas :(

After giving birth two months ago I feel like I got my period then I go to check and just find my underwear a bit wet :( is that a weak bladder? Also I have bad gas and can't help myself like to hurry and let it out in toilet (sorrrrry tmi but I'm desperate) so many times I let it out while breastfeeding and feel so upset coz bubz has to smell it !!!!!! It mite sound silly to some but to me it's really hurting my self confidence and I'm hating myself and feeling soooo dirty :-( what can cause it?

Don't feel dirty, it's natural! Bub won't mind your smell, even if they do I'm sure they won't tell you hehe. Whilst you're breastfeeding work those pelvic floor muscles! :)

I had a similar problem after my last baby. I spoke to my MCHN and she sent me to a physo that specialized in women's issues. She did an ultrasound to check that I was doing my pelvic floor exercises correctly and told me about this procedure you can have done after you are finished having children that corrects the problem.
It has been 19 months since i had my last child (I'm 23 weeks with the next one, my third) and I can honestly say that it does get better with time.
