Well it's my official due date today! Bubs has defiantly slowed down and I have some great period cramp like pains happening. I feel really heavy and achy down below and getting the lower back pain also.
However I have been soooo stressed out since yesterday afternoon. My other son who is 6 was taken by his biological father and has not been returned home to me yesterday. After many attempts of calling him he finally rang me and told me that our son was going to live with him... See how we like it... My husband and I spent the entire day at the family law courts getting a parenting order and recovery order to get my son back. I found out also today that his father has tried to enrolled him in another primary school.
My eyes are so sore and I'm emotionally exhausted. Back to court tomorrow to finalise paperwork, after a midwives visit and a stretch and sweep. Just had to vent, thanks.
Due today!

Can't think there would ever be a good time for that to happen but just before your due date what an d#*k your ex is. What did he think was going to be the end result. Glad you have a supportive husband by your side.
Good luck at the family courts tomorrow and with the arrival of your bub.

Turns out I may not get my little man back until the court date on the 27/3. I'm so upset. We have been advised by a solicitor not to snatch him back out of school as he wants me to be squeaky clean for the court case. My ex was served the court orders yesterday and since then he won't answer his phone so I haven't been able to talk to my little man. I so desperately want to hear his voice. I will keep on ringing and leaving messages for Oscar to call mummy. He won't even be here with me to welcome his little brother into the world. I'm scheduled for a c-section on Monday morning. I'm trying really hard to focus on me and my baby but I just feel numb every time I think of Oscar and the fact that he is not with me. Thanks for listening
Oh presh! I can only imagine the pain you are going through right now! I too would be aching to her my little guys voice... and I have no doubt he'd be wanting to see / hear me too... keep your record clean as suggested and keep calling and leaving messages. I don't know - check with your Lawyer - but maybe you can get the school to pass on a handwritten note from you. That way you can tell him you love him, you miss him and he is welcome to come home any time he wants. Tell him that this baby will never replace him - he is special to you and tell him why. Do the same thing once bubs is here and give him a photo. Tell him he's a big brother now! Yay! And tell him one day he will be able to help bathe, dress etc.
I'm so sorry you are going through this... but talk to your lawyer before contact to make sure it won't affect the proceedings and photocopy any communications and give him a copy.
My heart is with you and I'll be praying all goes well... don't forget to enjoy your new baby too... don't feel sad for him/her - they won't know the difference.
XOXO

Thanks for that idea cjayne. I'd love to give him a hand written note from mummy. Will check with solicitor. The picture of bubs is also a great idea. He is so excited to be a big brother he will be stoked at getting the letter and picture. Im so scared that at the court case he won't be returned to me and I can't shake the feeling. Logistically my ex is in the army and isn't in a relationship so oscar should come back to me. I just never thought this would happen. Thanks for your advice and to listening. I have to keep myself busy and focused on this bub.
Oh my goodness he sounds like a total prick!!! I'm so sorry you have to go through that. Sounds like your doing the right thing doing it the legal way. Good luck x
