Lately there have been questions about this group and moderation actions.
The French group is an Alt12 Apps hosted group. It is overseen by the Alt12 Apps professional moderation team. Material is escalated to the moderators in a variety of ways - through user reports via the Report Abuse feature, through keyword alerts and searches, through scan moderation, and through hot topic alerts.
All of the groups on BabyBump app, whether they are hosted by Alt12 Apps or are user-created, are expected to abide by the Terms of Use each member agreed to abide by when signing up for these services.
If a moderator finds a post that does not comply with the Terms of Use, she sends the user a note that goes to the email address associated with the username and removes the post from viewing.
If for some reason a thread has an original post that is ok according to the Terms of Use but causes many members to respond in a way that is against the Terms of Use, the thread is usually closed by a member of the moderation team.
If you have questions about your account, a thread closure, or a post of your own that was deleted, please write to the community support team at support@alt12.com.
Because thread closures, post deletions, and moderation actions are considered to be part of a private dialogue between the original poster and Alt12 Apps, posts on these subjects are removed from viewing.
