I lost twenty pounds during my pregnancy and gave birth at my exact pregnancy weight. I actually looked good after birth with the jelly belly and all. I ended up weighing less then my husband. Now that I'm almost a month postpartum and my organs have all shifted back into place, I'm noticing my gut coming back with a vengeance. Its sad when I look better pregnant then not pregnant. Anyone know how to get rid of a beer gut? Or a pouch?
I have a chicco keyfit 30 infant carseat and was wondering if anyone had a jogging stroller that it fits in meaning in the brand I can't find out which one fits. Thanks
So I'm 12 wks pp, I've lost a decent chunk of weight but I still have the boob weight and loose tummy skin. I have a rower but my energy level is down because I can never put HER down, any suggestions?
4 days after delivery. Just got out of hospital yesterday. Suffered postpartum hemorrhaging. I gained 14 pounds total. Went three days past due date. Baby was 8 pounds 20.5 inches long...so I assumed I would have lost at least that but when I weighed myself yesterday it showed I only lost 3 pounds. Made me cry and I asked nurse in hospital why and they said due to my complications I reviewed at least 10 pounds of fluids in a short period...well I lost 3 more pounds today so we will see!
