The good - what was the best part about your experience?
The bad - what you really didn't like
The unexpected - even if you had an emergency, you probably still had some idea of how you thought things would happen, what if anything, surprised you.
I'll go first;
The good; I looooove knowing my due date is going to be my due date. I am very impatient and going past my due date with my VB was torture.
The bad; having to keep the cannula in for minimum of 24 hours post op. I HATE that thing under my skin, it makes me feel sick.
The unexpected; being able to feel so much of what was going on. There was no pain, but I could feel lots of pushing and poking, and I had not been warned about this. It actually freaked me out!
This time around I just want to walk in, sign some papers, lay down, go to sleep and wake up to a baby. Everyone who knows me thinks I'm crazy for not attempting a vbac. Maybe I am, idk, but my c section last time was the best option for me and I have no qualms about it.
What do you think?
