2x chicken breast chopped to your liking
Sundried tomatoes
Spinach
Basil pesto
Mushrooms
Cream (optional)
Parmesan
Garlic
Penne pasta
lemon juice
1 cup chicken stock
Pop pasta on cook according to instructions
Brown chicken in frypan I usually like to cook chicken in garlic and olive oil and I try not to cook the chicken completely.
Put chicken aside and then cook mushrooms add chicken stock sundried tomatoes 2 teaspoons of pesto, garlic and then let simmer for 3 -4 mins.
Add dash of cream chicken pieces and lemon juice let it cook for a further 2 mins until chicken is cooked completely. then add spinach and cooked and drained pasta add salt and pepper and finish with and a sprinkle of Parmesan. If you don't want cream add good amount of Parmesan before you add the precooked chicken and when plated drizzle with olive oil or swap cream with milk but you will need to add Parmesan to thicken up the sauce. I haven't mentioned how many mushrooms, sundried tomato and spinach to use because u can use as much or as little as u like :)

This recipe can be down in a slow cooker or oven this recipe is based on 3 ppl but you can change the recipe for more
3 shanks
2 tins crushed tomatoes
2 carrots peeled and diced chunky
1 sweet potato peeled and diced chunky
4-5 mushrooms sliced
1 onion diced
2 tablespoons of garlic use less if you prefer I love garlic
1 teaspoon of paprika
1 teaspoon of rosemary
1 teaspoon of curry (optional)
Splash of soy
Splash of wistochire
2 bay leaves (optional)
2 cups of beef stock
1- 2 cups of water it all depends on the size of your slow cooker as long as the your shanks are nicely covered with liquid than you won't need extra cup.
Put shanks in slow cooker or baking dish add diced veges and tomatoes and stock then add sauces spices and top with water.
Cook in slow cooker on high until meat starts to fall of bone make sure you taste as it cooks to make sure you are happy with flavor finish with salt and pepper. If you want a thicker consistency and abit of milk and cornflour to thicken. Serve with mash or crusty bread. If cooking in the oven cover the dish with a lid or foil and then uncover for at least the last 30 mins of cooking.

Mince 500g
2 grated and chopped carrots
3 mushrooms
1 onion
Garlic I use 2 teaspoons
Splash of wistochire
Splash of soy
Cup of beef stock
1 teaspoon of Vegemite (optional )
2 tablespoons of tomato paste
4 peeled potatoes boiled and mashed
Pepper
Thyme
Cheese for garnish
Milk and cornflour if needed
Preheat oven 180 degrees and put potatoes on to boil.
I then cook mince in a frypan adding diced onion and garlic then I add the carrots and mushrooms once mince is browned. Next add stock and sauces and thyme. After cooking for a few minutes I add tomato paste and Vegemite. I really let the the mince to take in all the moisture and flavor and then if it still seems abit runny you can add a pour a little milk into a cup and add cornflour then pour into mince to make it a thick consistency. Finish it off with pepper shouldn't need salt and pour into a baking dish. By now the potatoes should be ready for mashing and just prepare that how you like it milk butter and so on then spread over mixture and sprinkle with cheese if you like and pop it in the oven until browned usually takes 15 to 20 mins serves 3 - 4 ppl depending how big of a piece you like lol

Okay, this is going to sound weird but i swear, it is soo yummy i recommend everyone try it.
You're gonna need:
2 packs of ramen noodles.
1 egg.
Soysauce.
Vegetable oil.
Okay first your gonna need to get some water boiling,
And then you're gonna put both packs of noodles in there for about 4 minutes.
Drain the water,
And in a frying pan , put about a table spoon of vegetable oil , (stove on medium) and dump the noodles in there. Stir it around for about a minute, and then add ONLY ONE ramen seasoning packet in there, 2 will be too salty. Stir it up good, an then break the egg in it. Stir eit around till the egg is cooked in it good.
And add as much soy sauce ad you want.
Trust me , its great. And it works well with any flavor of ramen.
I always get my bd to make it for me. (:
