Okay so I'm 22 years old and 12w4d pregnant with my first child, I'm not with the father, never was, it was an FWB thing, he's 27 and already has a son with somebody else. He is currently un-employed and does nothing but sit home, smoke marijuana, and play Call Of Duty: Black Ops 2 on his XBOX. He said in the beginning that he wants to be there for this baby, but I rarely hear from him, he doesn't ask about the pregnancy unless I tell him, he doesn't come to my appointments, basically he doesn't act like he cares and doesn't even pretend to be interested in the slightest. Should I keep trying or just cut my losses and walk away, which would mean eliminating him from mine and our babys life for good. I refuse to even go after him for child support, there really is no point, as he refuses to get a job, he would rather go to jail, I also am not putting him on the birth certificate.

BTW, I'm the one who will be busting my ass by going back to school and getting my associates in Veterinary Medicine to become a Veterinary Technician, and raising this baby primarily by myself. My parents have offered to help if I need it.

My husband and i seperated bc he called the cops on me the same month i got out i selpt with my ex bc i found out my husband did the same when i was gone i regret sleeping with my ex bc now im pregnant by him and im still in love with my husband but we havnt seen or spoken to each other in three months and i just found out he still loves me what do i do? My sons dad was living with me. He has no money nothing, I pay for everything. My son is four and we have been off and on because he would choose partying and having a good time over us. This year he moved saying he wanted to be a family.. He hasn't been partying but hasn't been nice. He constantly tells me he is miserable and life sucks. He recently got a job because I let him use my car leaving me carless. He cusses at me in front of our son and is disrespectful sometimes to born of us. Sometimes nice too. He quit smoking cigarettes and has done some good things. But he's constantly negative only pointing out negative things saying he's being controlled and his life sucks. I feel he is ungrateful because I don't have much money and paying for everything and letting him out over 1000 miles a month on my car. I recently told him to leave and not come back and he left getting a ride from someone from work. He said he wants to come back after he gets a car when I told him he could come back now if he changed his outlook and negative attitude. But he doesn't want to... I'm 12 weeks pregnant and pretty miserable about it all. I don't know if I even want him to come back in a month or so when he gets car because he will be doing who knows what sleeping with people. He should've came back and tried to work it out?
