Try calling either your OB or your primary care doctor. Tricare does have coverage for postpartum depression, and if you're worried you have it you should see a doctor as soon as possible. If you're worried you're going to hurt yourself or the baby, you can go to an emergency room for any time

Thanks ladies. I won't hurt my baby or myself I just feel super sad, worthless, and I been crying for everything. I hate feeling like this when I should be happy. I will call military one source tomorrow and get help.

You can go to military one source website and sign up online. I started with an online consultation, went to weekly phone calls and now counselor calls me every other tuesday.
I think if you are stateside there is an option to actually see some one in person.
Good luck.

Also, post-partum depression is really common and doesn't say anything about you as a Mom. It's just your body responding to the incredible stress of pregnancy and birth. I hope you feel better soon.

I believe it's not ppd thank God I been feeling better and have not
Cry lately. I believe I have the famous baby blues. I gave it a little until I decided to call my doc. I talk to husband about it and he's been supportive so I think that's helping a lot. Thanks girls.

Those are the same thing! Be careful, it can flare up again even until your baby is a year old. Glad you have support from your hubby! Take breaks, go to lunch dates with friends WITHOUT your sweet baby!

Your OB should refer you. If they do then it's guaranteed that it should be covered.
