Hey ladies, I need advice. I went to s hool for one class this semester when lo was 6 months. I ended up dropping the class because my mom wasn't able to watch lo long enough for me to get studying in. Anyways, I want to go back to school next semester and finish, I don't have that much schooling left.. but dh and I are stuck. Hes always working so I'm home alone.. I would need a sitter or nanny or daycare.. anything! I'm going towards daycare more but no one in my family has ever taken their kids. I'm nervius and skeptical of the thought of leaving her all day at such a young age (she'll be 1). I know she'd be in the best care... any advice on what to look for when choosing a daycare and how to make it easier on myself and my child??
Start off as an CNA while in nursing school to familiarize yourself with the environment avg. $10/hr
Go to school half the time & earn a LPN certificate avg. $20 / hr
Go to school for a year and a half after prerequisites and become an RN avg. $30/ hr
Okay so personally i think doing the extra year is worth the money in order to live comfortable and to support your child . I am only 19 years old i graduated H.S in 2012 and i'll have my RN by end of 2014 or beginning on 2015 I wont even be 21 ..... So it just shows hard work can really pay off !
